Capping or throttling is limiting your internet speed. Yung 10 mb capping after mo makagamit ng psiphon tapos for example nag ÿôutubê ka after mareach ng 10 mb bigla ng babagal yung speed.

As of now mga boss hindi na naman gumagana sa akin ang bypass.. Actually kanina pang umaga pero update ko po kayo kapag pwede na po.. Try ko na rin ibang settings..
Merong ibang trick mga boss modify nyo ang WIFI CONNECTION nyo para makapanood po kayo.. Pm ko na lang po iba bukas if paaano pero pang SUNCELLULAR lang po ito.. Minsan napuputol din sya pero kadalasan kasi sa akin tuloy tuloy.. Bukas na lang po PM ko kayo.. Salamat sa lahat..
