Closed SOLVED!!! Error on: Could not open connection to the host, on port 23; connection failed (FWD)

Wala akong ganyang modem , pero ganyan karamihan ang issues ng meditek modems ngayon. Nakaclosed http,https,telnet,ssh port ng modem kaya di mapasok gui/telnet/ssh. Buti meron kang pang reflash nyan sir. Baka kaya mo din gawin yung hardware based, read only firmware protection.

actually im doing programming rightnow with spansion IC, i will write the IC with protection, it was already included in a programmer device all you is just tick the box, refer to my pipcture below. 
update :

note:
this is programmed with WRITE PROTECT process,i also notice that after FW flash my LAN MAC changed maybe..just maybe LAN MAC is embedded with the FW IC, while WAN MAC is on the other IC. just my suspect

update: currently my firmware 2009 package is on write protect status, im not sure the protect process will eliminate scripts upload from ass-licker remoter.

sir ganyan din problema ko sa modem ko. cant access ip address dikonadin alam gagawin ko

ung sken ganun din 10.1.1.254 d makapagpalit ng mac...naka closed ung telnet...ung isa ko naman gumagana kaso d mapasok ung admin may mga gui naman buwisetttttttt........

@ rexxar - bro nung nag same issue tayo, FW reflash lang naka solved ng cant login ko telnet to change mac and cant login GUI ko.

@ rapa1977 - bro yun, meron din akong isa pang tabo, kakabigay lang sakin ng friend ko never touched pa sya, kaso nung pag edit ko ng mac na blank wan agad, so what i did naman eh reflash din ng WAN IC kaya ok na ulit...

kagabi i tried my other tabo, kaso limited connectivity sya, tinamad ako mag palit ng mac hehehe siguro later i try ko ulit.

dumadame yata ng problema ng mga wimax naten....minamani obra na yata ng mga nagbibibgay ng mac .....sila rin mismo nag reremote...buwisetttttttt....

na dead lang yung mac ko when i tried a new mac working na ulit magdamagan bukas... wala naman nag reremote naka protect fw ako hehehe

edit: SOLVED na!!!

reprogram the FW IC using copy machine. tried it too many times, i think 12x .. remove IC, program, mount, paulit ulit hahaha ayus!!!

about sa reprogram dre di ko pa yan ginagawa hindi kasi ako na blank wan dahil sa subrang higpit sa pag iingat ko sa mga modem ko lalo nat sa mga mac na bwal at sa mga remoter.

neeed mo lang ay change mac lang bakit naka lagay ay block sapagkat ay hindi po kayo naka connect sa internet. so change mac lang at ma ok na rin yan.

sa akin din hindi ako mkapasok gamit yung 192.168.1.1 na ip sa wimax ko. pa help naman po kung ano ang una kong gagawin.

nakakainis ako na ganyan 192.168.1.2 paano kaya gagawin koh dto

pa help din po ao bm622 koh po na remote din di ako makapag gui 192.168.1.2 nanyare ano po ba gagawin koh may pag asa pa po ba toh
