mga master patulong naman dyan sa smart postpaid ko
noong dec.3 nblock sim ko at palage akong
tumatawag s operator para mag follow up at sabi on/off data connection
at airplane mode pero wala parin
noong dec.23 tuwag sa akin yong technical support/group na replace sim nalang daw
pag nakuha kuna yong bagong sim ganun parin may signal full bars pero walang data
connection.
sana may makatulong mga paps..

Yung apn mo po check mo. If invalid APN gamit mo malaki chance na di ka makaconnect sa data. Or baka naka 4G Only yung settings mo and walang 4G sa area mo.

There is 50/50 that the CSR will grant your request. Why? Everyone is calling for blocked sim and they are the one who is reponsible for it to filter the bug users. And yes, they surely not gonna give it back.

Mods lang po pwede maglipat ng thread.

Akala ko po sabi mo nagpalit ka na ng bagong sim, and ganun padin, I think sa phone yan. Kung hindi talaga phone, malas ka po sa pagbuy ng sim, kasi 2x ka blocked sim nabili mo :X3:
