CDC (connect-disconnect) would be the proper solution for it. just disconnect and connect your data while monitoring your IP , until you got the 10.159**** or so on.

APN = internet
Access number = *99#

PROCEDURE:

Load regular 60 pesos
Register to LTE 50, send LTE 50 to 2200. Wait for the confirmation says "successfull"
Take note the time of your registration.
Enjoy your 24 hrs promo.
Wait for tomorrow, you can see that you have 10 load balance left, In the time of registration before expiration, ipasaload ang 7 pesos. You can do that by sending 5 and sending 2 pesos, because smart permitted you only to pasa load by the amount of 2 and 5 only. Type number to be pasaloaded space 5 then send to 808.
Then in the time of expiration dont disconnect your internet until 1 hr passes.
