For Smart and Sun

Steps:
For default browser
Set the Proxy setting for Default browser(Chrome or Firefox) to
Proxy:127.0.0.1 Port:8080
then extract the simple server.rar in new folder after extracting run the Simple server....
Browsing.....use url for http sites for https sites use proxy sites attached...

How to edit settings: simple server.ini please use notepad for editing

Just change the cgi, VALHDR0, PHOST and freesites for not working some locations......
