Closed "sign-in to wifi network" troubleshooting. help!

Signal is strong. 3G/4G connection. Pero automatically nagdidisconnect sa wifi yung phone ko every 2 minutes. I'm using SMART LTE sim. Yang naka-circle sa picture ang lumalabas. Pahelp po pano maayos please. Thanks! camera720_1491897540940.jpg

ganyan din problem ko pag connect ko phone sa wifi using vpn, nag didisconnect, samsung note gamit ko pero sa lg ko naman hindi nag didisconnect. sino pa nakaka encounter ng ganto?
