Closed Sharing net using injector or psiphon

Hi ka phc ask ko lng po kung possible na ma share yung net ko from my phone to other phone using psiphon or injector? Like parang hot spot. I tried pero obtaining ip lng sa isa kung phone... Possible po ba yun or nega ? CurIos lng po Thanks po!!!!

Try mo po iinstall ang pdanet sa phone mo, may "Activate Wifi Hotspot" feature doon pero gumagana lang kapag mobile data yung gamit mo.

Na donwload ko na yung PDANET+ full version pero ayaw pa din mag connect ng isa kung phone and tablet ... by the way non rooted ang phone ko ASUS Zenfone 3 using xp psiphon and tried also in injector but no success.
