Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
5 ½ cups All-Purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cup milk

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients. Cream the butter or margarine with sugar. Add the egg, then add dry ingredients and knead. Add the vanilla and milk and mix together.

2. Preheat oven to 350˚ Fahrenheit and grease baking sheet. Shape Rosku and place on baking pan 2in apart. Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown.

* If the dough is still sticky, add flour little at a time until you feel the right texture.
