Closed Root guide for SM-J100ML

good day!!. ginawa ko po to kasi madami po nagtatanong kung paano i-root ang galaxy j100ml. hindi ko po alam kong may nagpost na nito pero gagawin ko parin. medyo complicated po ito kung first time pero tried and tested ko na ito dalawang phone. make sure na naiintindihan nyo and procedure bago gawin para no problem po tayo. wala akong kasalanan kung magkaproblema kayo basta sure hit po yan

apat file po yan compressed lang para minsanan ang download
.odin
.samsung drivers
.twrp custom recovery
.root file for j100ml


PROCEDURE:
1st- flashing twrp custom recovery

1.install samsung usb driver
2. extract odin zip file and install odin_v3.09 advisable po yan sa kitkat.
3.lauch odin and make sure na naka usb debugging po phone nyo at at least may charge na 50%
4.set your phone to download mode-(press and hold power,home and volume key down buttons hanggang may magpakitang warning tapos release) then press volume key up to continue to download mode.
5.connect phone to pc. dapat maread yan ng odin,may mapapkitang `added` under sa message
6.click 'AP' tab at hanapin yung twrp-j13G.tar na file sa dinownload nyo and select it
7.press start at hayaan nyong matapos mga 5 minutes. magrereboot po phone nyo hayaan nyo hanggang sa mag-open ito
8 remove phone from pc pag nag-open na ito. dapat "pass" ang message ng odin.

2nd- rooting using twrp custom recovery
1. copy nyo po yung samsung galaxy j1 root file sa sd card ng cp nyo.
note: huwag nyo pong i-extract ang file dapat naka .zip file sya.
2. set phone to recovery mode-(press and hold power, home and volume key up hanggang makapunta sa recovery mode ng twrp)
3. tap install... sa taas piliin ang storage kung saan nyo nilagay ang root file kung sa sd card or internal sya
4.tapos hanapin ang zip file at iselect. tapos swipe to confirm flash.
5.reboot your phone at hanapin ang supersu open nyo po ito then download it.saglit lang po yan
6. tapos rooted na po phone nyo.

comment po kung naguguluhan kayo. hit ike kung working sa inyo

yung first po ay procedure para mainstall yung twrp yung second ay para maroot mo ang cp gamit ang twrp. hindi mo maroot yan kung hindi mo install ang twrp recovery. bale one way lang po yan hindi dalawa.

kung nagawa mo yung first procedure na walang mali installed na twrp recovery sa phone. ( press and hold power key, home key and volume key up) gawin mo yan at tignan mo.

sa pc gagawin yung unang procedure pagkatapos mainstall ng twrp..sa cp na gagawin yung second procedure

Yes Thank you!! Working na sya gumana na pala sya nung una di ko lang alam pala kung para san yung file nyo po sir na ininstall ko dun sa twrdp recovery ayaw mag install may error so i searched for an alternative. Share ko nalang din yung file.

Baka di rin magwork sa iba sana in the future mga custom roms naman idevelop na sa J1.
Eto yung ginamit ko yung sa step 2 na.

Yan na lang gamitin nyo na file yung bigay ni sir para hindi nyo na idownload pa yung super su after na maroot nyo phone. Kagandahan lang dun sakin ay may tendency na maopenline phone nya pag naka lock ang network at yung latest na supersu pa ang maiinstall nyo.

Footer Wrong , Tapos error po yung installation pano po gagawin ?

Nag flash naman po nang maayos sa odin yung twrp custom recovery pero kapag nag recovery mode default parin po lumalabas na recovery

Ilang bese ka nag try pumasok sa recovery mode??

same tyo bosss ilang beses ndin ako ng recovery mode. default lang

Try searching the internet ng twrp recovery for samsung j100ml then flash it.

Hanap na lang kayo ng pagdownloadan ng mga apat na files na yun.wala na kasi akong copy.tapos sundan nyo lang tong tutorial ko.

Ok na yan. After na magsabi ng pass yan lalabas yung reset. Paglumabas yung reset disconnect mo na phone mo sa pc.

pwede po ba if after na install yung twrp , gamitin o yung kingo root or ther root apps para makapag install ng root? thanks po.
