kuya na connect ko na po kaso pag e off ko wifi sa kapitbahay ko di gumana nag search po ako nng YøùTùbé at fb di po gumagana....
cp ko po ay alcatel paturo po nmn sa mga expert na po .....

I have the same Problem here
"CONNECTION rest by peer "
It was working for 6 days unlimited data" i have changed the ip many time when it stops but now it not worka at all.
How can i fix these?
Can anybody here explain these in english, i have tried to translet what you said to english but seems it's hard to..

This seems to be an old thread, are you sure that the app [Psiphon] is still working in your place?
"Connection reset by peer" [reset connection] means the app cannot establish connection to the injected proxy servers. Find a working proxy server and replace the old ones. Currently in our place we are using promo's [promotional offering] from Network providers. A cheap way of acquiring internet access, very small fee.
On your reply with a quote, it was stated by them to change Access Point Network [APN].

I have tried to change the proxy but it still same "connection reset by peer"
I think something have ban mine phone cuz i have already tried the same way on my sister mobile and its works for 6 days then it stops and starts to give 'connection reset by peer'
. Psiphon without proxy give 10 Megabit then it goes very slow thats make me to rest mobile data connection to have more but it still sucks,i have also changed the sim Provider but it didnt work.

Psiphon's behaviour of throttling down after reaching the 10mb dl mark is called "capping". This is normal unless your Psiphon is a ρáíd/ subscribed version. But I do not have much experience using the ρáíd version as I am only after the freenet usage..
Anyway I do not think "connection reset by peer" could result in banning your phone ID by the network. I do think this is an IP protocol error and possibly an application error. If your phone can still detect 3g or 4g signal strength, then your phone is still good to go. However sim blocking could also happen, In my place one Network provider blocks user SIM upon reaching over 2gb of data use in a short period of time [not the phone].
I was thinking, since you were able to access for about six days before you get the "connection reset by peer" error, then it is most probable that your Network provider was able to block your internet activity that fast. I have no idea what is your Network counter-measure to such activities. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Psiphon in your phone and see what happens..
The above statement is on an assumption that you are accessing internet for free and not registered on any promotional offer by your Network provider nor using legitimate application or account.
