Step 1 : On your Android unit Go to Settings — More — Cellular Networks — Cellular Network Settings — Globe Telecom-PH — Access Point Names — Tick on "Globe ( http.globe.com.ph )".
Now that Globe / TM Default has been located; you are ready to proceed.
Step 2 : Launch QueenCee VPN V8 Infinity, then tap on the "Handler Menu" button, you will need to input the following...

Add Port to Non Port URL :1080
Remove Port: √
Proxy type: Host
Custom Header:X-Online-Host
