Closed Problem sa icloud? working only for first users only. (not for second hand)

[Reminders : Wag maging manloloko sa Apple Support , matratrace ng call mo. Kaya careful sa mga sinasabi mo sa csr.]

Requirements :

• Only Receipt {para mareset ng icloud}
• A lot patience. {Reviewing process mga 30-40 days depends sa device.}
• Proper English {kahit little bit wrong grammar ok na.}

Let's start.

1.Visit here.

2.Select your country. (Asia Pacific , Philippines)
3.Select (Apple ID , Other Apple ID Topics , The Topic is not listed.)
4.Lagay mo to , "I forgot my apple id email , and password"
5.Then select mo "Talk to Apple Support now."
6. Enter your name , number , and email . Para masend sa'yo yung reset email para sa iCloud.
7.(Hard Part) Tatawag na sa'yo ng Apple.
When starts na ng conversation. Sasabihin muna niya yung pangalan mo , at yung problem na nilagay mo sa Step 4.
8.(Trick him/her) Sabihin mo na. My friend who give this iPhone was died yesterday so i cannot unable to restore it because is has passcode on it , so i want to restore on iTunes but since my friend was sign-in to this iPhone to restore it. But since , the iCloud account of my friend was log-in and i can't open it. He gave me the details of the box like receipt , box , manuals and everything on the box.
9.(Trick 2.) Sabihin mo na , my friend ask me when you give an receipt on a iPhone , iPad , iPod , was able to reset it by Find my iCloud team. Is that true? (Kung sinabi No ng mga CSR. Babaan mo. Don't worry bagong employee ng tumawag sa'yo. #newbieproblems
10.(Ikaw na ng bahala.) Some other csr iba ng binibigay na suggestions niyan. Kaya pag narinig mo ng salitang "receipt and able" pwede mo na masend sa kanila.
11.(I-singit mo na!) Sabihan mo ng "Can i send proof of purchase of my friend's iPhone?
12.(Moment of truth) Kapag sinabi ng "Can i give your email address to send your proof of purchase of your device?"
, then sabihin mo sure. Must be alert kasi i spelling yan sa'yo. Kapag mali ng inisend ng email ni csr totally dead muna for 7days ng request ulit ng iPhone mo. Note: Hanggang tatlo ng request. , kapag maximum na automatically blacklisted.
13.(Ok ok ka na lang.) Kapag once na send na sa'yo mageexplain na yan . Ok ka na lang ng Ok. Hanggang matapos ng conversation mo.
14.Punta ka sa email na binigay mo sa csr. Meron na agad na send email mula kay Apples. Attach mo yung file as a .jpg format. Mas maganda kapag scanned nakikita ng details.
15.Wait 30-40 days.

Wala pa akong proof pero meron na nakakagawa niyan. Puro second hand kasi nagpaparemove ng icloud at brand new pero walang purchase sa apple store or sa power mac kaya hindi marereset.
