Closed Please help, i cannot open my google playstore, almost all of my installed apps gone.

I'm new here. I can say I know just a few things about technology that's why I joined here for me to learn from all the members here. Hope you'll be able to help me on my problem. I've been searching the net and tried to do what I've read, unfortunately, I still wasn't able to solve my problem.

Well my problem started when I connect my LG G3 to the laptop cause I transferred some of the pictures and files due to lack in memory. After I've finished, I notice almost all of my apps gone. Then I go to my google playstore app so I would be able to download the apps missing, unfortunately, it didn't open after clicking it. I've researched and tried downloading google playstore app from different blogs, sites etc but still didn't worked. I even asked a friend to send it to me to share it app, still unsuccesful. What shall I do? Please help. I don't wanna bring my phone to a technician cause I have trust issues with them, I'm scared that they might cheat me to pay them higher.

P.S.
I attached a screenshot of my phone so you would see that I was able to click the google playstore app, you would see it if you check your phones open applications. But when you try to open just the app alone, it won't open. You will also see at the screen shot that it keeps on notifying me that an application requires installation which I cannot do since I can't open my google playstore app.

baka kasi di taga PH yan si Ate, Englishin ko rin. [NOSEBLEED] Well, You might have copied all of the contents of your sd card or internal storage. that is being required by your google apps. so first" Don't MOVE or copy hidden folders in your sd card. my phone is similar to yours. if i delete my entire sd card. all apps is deleted. [SAD] Haha that's all for now. if you have further question on our phone. you might start a conversation to mo. <3

unfortunately i cant see the images.. here a piece of advice you shoulda go to setting-app-running apps-all and look for (google framework services. force stop it and clear data.ok then and delete all your google account. and account on your phone. lastly force stop and data clear for the playstore.Done. we would like to know the feedback from you ok.

As read on your brief story; your default memory is set to SD card, where most of your applications are installed. You mistakenly transferred those application files on your laptop that cause your phone applications to misbehave or lost...
you may need to reset your phone and bring back to default settings, be sure to backup your important data or files and save it in your laptop...here are the steps to reset your phone:
  • Press and hold Power and Volume Down on the back of your G3
  • Wait for the LG logo
  • Keep holding the Volume Down button and release then re-press the Power button
  • You should now see the Factory Data Reset screen
  • Use Volume Down to navigate to Yes
  • Press Power to confirm
  • You should now see the Erase All User Data and Restore Default Settings screen
  • Navigate to Yes with the Volume Down button
  • Press Power to confirm
Now you've done a factory reset to the LG G3, it should now restart and restore itself back to factory settings. You’ll need to re-enter your Google Account details and start the process of re-downloading everything afterwards.

Thank you all so much for your answers. Nagawa ko na po yung clear data/cache si playstore pero hindi pa din po gumana eh. I'll just try po yung mga advice nyo na hindi ko pa nagawa before. I'll keep you posted. Thank you po ulit.

Hahahaha! PH po ako kuya:) thank you for the detailed explanation. Really appreciate it. Now I understand na bakit sya nagkaganito ngaun. Pero paano po kaya gagawin ko? Do I need to use new micro sd to solve my problem?

Nagawa ko na po to before pero hindi din po nagwork. Thank you for helping me out. Really appreciate it.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the detailed explanation. I love that you didn't just help me solve my problem but you also gave me idea on the probable cause of my problem. I will definitely try this and will let you know the result, hopefully (crossfinger) successful :)

Opo. I clearly see that. I'm actually overwhelmed that there's still a lot of people willing to help out others kahit walang kapalit. Sa panahon kasi ngaun bihira na makatagpo ng mga kagaya nyo po. And eto po kasi talaga ung first time ko to join forums/discussions like this kasi sensitive po ako, I don't like rude and disrespectful people, eh normally nakikita ko sa mga forums, di magagandang words po ung mga sinasabi tapos maliit na bagay ibabash ka agad. Kaya po di ako naglalakas loob makipag usap sa mga strangers. Kaya normally, nagbabasa lang ako at hindi nakiki join, first time ko po talaga ngaun. Natuwa lang kasi ako dito sa PHCORNER dahil nakafocus sya sa pagtulong or pagseshare ng mga helpful informations at hindi naman sa mga balitaktakan so naisip ko, wala naman siguro dahilan para maging rude ung mga member dito. Ang haba po ng paliwanag ko no? Pasensya na po. Just trying to explain myself :)
