Hello sir.

I experienced that also. But im not using any free payment methods. After experimenting. I figured why it happened. Akala ko katapusan na ng mga saved data ko sa cellphone. Kasi reset lang makakapagana ulit eh.

Here is the list of google bloats that should not be disabled / uninstalled if rooted.

Google Account Manager
Google Services Framework
Google Play Services
Google Partner Setup
Google One Time Init

Reboot the device (optional hndi ko kasi ni reboot yung device ko gumana naman)

If once enabled again, Remove the account then add it again.

Hindi ko rin kase alam kung anong error meron sya,hindi sinabi :facepalm:

Yan nga problema sir. RHblaahblaah lang nilagay niya po eh. Server error na daw.

RH yung simula. Hinala ko RH-01. Error retrieving information from server. Yan yung na experience ko na error nung i started disabling bloat ni google
