We are glad to announce that the table is now open for the submission of your applications to be a member of the PHC Help & Support Team and have this rare chance of becoming a member of our staff.
The scope of this team being proposed:
A single group composed of individuals that will be subdivided into 3 categories but bearing the same permission and same level.
1.) Mobile help team- support regarding fbt/ubt for mobile users, kasama na rin po ang modding ng mobile applications, firmware updates and troubleshooting for any handheld device including tablet pc's.
2.) PC help team- support regarding fbt/ubt for pc users including laptops, kasama na rin po dito ang troubleshooters, pc customizers and any issues related sa pc including hardwares and softwares especially yung may kinalaman sa security. Kasama na rin dito ang help and support about image/video/sound manipulation.
3.) General help team- eto naman po ang support sa general issues na nararanasan ng mga members dito sa site, let's say "ushers" and "usherettes" para sa mga baguhan.
What we need:
1.) PC techies
2.) Mobile techies
3.) Mga willing na sumagot at matyaga sa mga queries ng mga members especially newbies.
No. 1 & no. 2 must possess skills na interchangeable, meaning can support both pc/mobile devices with enough know-how about current issues pertaining to fbt/ubt na palaging itinatanong ng mga members.... BUT all must possess the qualities of no. 3. Kelangan lahat ay matiyaga at down to earth when dealing with people.
Requirements:
1.) Active - must be online and logged in to this site at least 4 hours a day, kahit hindi consecutive hours, kahit hindi rin kayo sabay-sabay. Basta may time kayo to HELP.
2.) Tech savvy people both in pc and mobile devices.
3.) Approachable and down to earth.
4.) Must be an active member of this site for at least 3 months.
Again hindi po kami tumitingin sa mga personal exploits, number of likes, number of medals or any kind of eyecandies or anything fancy dyan sa mga usenames nyo.
What we really look into an applicant is:
1.) Your dedication to this site and the welfare of its members..
2.) Your dedication to this site and the welfare of its members.
3.) Your dedication to this site and the welfare of its members.
Please be adviced that the selection of members will be carefully scrutized and may take 2-4 weeks to be discussed by members of our staff.
Once selection is done and the group has been made, we may closely monitor your activities and this will not be a fixed group. There will be demotions or replacements based on your performances, or worst, the group maybe dissolved if not needed.
