Try niyo po muna yan bago yung last resort na mag reformat at gumamit ng English Version na Windows.
Baka pati BIOS niyan Japanese, *facepalm*

Go to Control panel>Region and Language. Check for available Languages.

You can download language packs if you are running Windows 7 Ultimate.

Windows 10 supports changing of default language.
Go to “Start Menu” and go to “Settings > Time & Language”.
Select “Region & language” on the left pane, and click “Add a language”

acer aspire e15 windows 8.1 na ginawang windows xp . gusto ko sanang gawing english . opo japanese bios nga po hehe

power on botton then press delete of F2, now your in bios setup, there you can browse the settings for the said language.
