Naayos mo na ba problem mo? Natry mo na ba tignan if may drivers na nakainstall para sa specific hardware na yun? Tinignan mo na ba sa Driver Manager ng PC / Laptop mo? If may balloon na Yellow ka nakikita over all or what sa audio/sounds part ibigsabihin wala ka nga drivers pero if meron naman then di lang nagana, try mo itroubleshoot or what, nakatry ka na mgplay ng iba ibang audio or videos? Natry mo na ba maginstall ng ibang player sa Lappy mo? Natry mo na din ba irollback yung drivers incase na may drivers ka na nakainstall pero di nagana? New Format ba Lappy mo? natry mo na ba mg virus scan din?

punta ka sa device manager makikita mo dun may exclamation mark,right click,update driver software,search automatically for updated driver.

try mo sir punta devices manager>right click sa exclamation mark>properties>pliin ung hardware ids tpos copy mo ung value then search s google yan sure sasakto ung driver n mddl mo

Pag ok naman ang driver ng sound card mo, try mong mag connect ng headset pagwala pa rin audio, audio card na ang problema mo. Pero pa ok sa headsetmay sound kang maririnig, speaker ito.

Check for if the audio is mude.

Hindi naman basta basta nasisira audio ng laptop. try to use driver packs
