  9. Hi there, what is the status of this thread ? if this is not yet solved, this is my suggestion :

As you said you just installed a fresh new Operating System ( Windows 7 ) , Operating System doesn't include drivers for specific hardware.. In your case, you need an Audio Driver ( No Driver = No sound ) ..

    Solutions :

check your device manager for Yellow question Mark under "Sound,Video and game controllers"... Right Click and choose properties >>> then go to Details Tab >>> in the Drop Box Menu choose Hardware ID >> Copy it and paste it on Google Search Bar ( any browser would do ) just add windows 7 driver on what you have copied..

    Best and Easy Solutions :

Just download a program / software that automatically download and install your missing drivers.. :)

    Hope it Helps.. :)

  10. best suggestion ko for such software is DriverPack Updater :D
  11. Pahabol :

Just Notice it , your unit is a LAPTOP.. Open a browser and go to GOOGLE.COM.. type this on the search bar "(Name and Model of your Laptop) Windows 7 Driver" and hit enter.. select the best results..

    Feedback and Thanks :)
