Closed Newbie needs help with Globe prepaid load

Hello there! I have just received a hand me down phone from my daughter and she chose to buy the Globe prepaid sim. Since it is barely 2 months ago that I've started using Globe prepaid after years of non use I just noticed my last load deminished by more than 50% considering I barely used my phone to call and text. After checking, I've only had 7 short text messages SMS as you call it and 1 outgoing call to my daughter's globe number. I never used the network data services as we have WIFI facility at home and cellular data was NEVER TURNED ON but it says usage is 105. I don't know what is eating up my load. Can anyone enlighten me and what can I do to avoid being a victim of suckers? Thank you in advance and good day!
 
it would be better if you call the customer assistance of globe, they can help you. welcome to phc, and enjoy!
Tried that but they won't give specific answer to rid the problem, I was hoping somehow someone in here had the same experience as I had and have used some resolve to help me fix and remove any possible culprit, thanks for the welcone though.
