I came across this site while trying to find a way of solving a becomingly annoying trick of SmartBro LTE of having supposedly an unlimited LTE speed which now became "a capped or throttled surfing" experience as I keep on reading in forums such as this.
I really hope that there will come a day in the near future that Philippines will have a more clear cut and defined rules as to how telecoms should do justice to their package and rates.
Meantime, will be educating and sharing myself in the process thru this forum. Cheers!
