Pocket Wifi or broadband
Smart prepaid sim without load
PC
1. extract RAR file in desktop
2. download and install 32-bit or 64-bit java here:

3.plugin your bro stick with no load smart sim card/ you can also use pocket wifi
4.run eproxy.exe 32bit or 64 bit
5.click file in the upper left of the program
6.click open
7.select your network.epro
8.click none
9.click start
10.Run as administrator itachivpn
11.the small icon will pop up in system try
12 select your server
11.wait until prompt connected
