If Android :

If nasa SD card ung files mo remove SD card then boot mo phone mo sa recovery mode then reset.
2nd Option : turn off phone, connect to pc then automatic marread as external device dapat si phone. So from there you can transfer your files. Then same thing recovery mode then reset.

Worst come to worst if hindi mo maaccess si recovery mode which is malabo mangyari. You can try flashing the ROM.

Kung nakalimutan,itulog mo bes,hanapin mo yung pattern...it happens to me twice and that solution is working..
Kung napulot,isauli bes..be a good creature...

Rooted ba phone mo at custom recovery ka like twrp or cwm? dahil kung hndi Factory reset nlng chance mo.

Agree ako sa boss, dapat maging mabuting nilalang tayo dito sa sanlibutan..

Turn off mo tol tapos click mo yong volume yong + and - pati power off sabay mo e hold tol may lalabas tol reprogramme mo

Pre madali lang ganito gagawi u power and volume up sbay u pipindutin lalabas na dun piliin u delete all data panuorin u sa YøùTùbé kung paano search you hard reset pag hindi u makuha. Salamat
