Ma'am ano po ba complete specs pc nyo, kung sabay sabay naka open ang mga tabs, ibig sabihin po umaandar ang processor nyan at memory, then connected ka din sa net para sa dropbox, maybe your unit is not capable of processing such task, kaya paki post complete spces

Try mo mag Scan using your anti virus baka may himalang mangyari baka kasi may kababalaghang nangyayari sa PC mo na di mo nakikita like mga malware o virus na kumakain ng processor mo at RAM. Or you can check naman sa Task Manager kung anong apps ang may malaking kinuha sa RAM at processor mo. Right click ka lang sa taskbar tapos click Task Manager > Processed. Try to check on columns for CPU and Memory kung anong mga apps ang kumakain sa processor at sa RAM mo. Or it could be on the HDD ang may problema. Try mo rin mag install ng Hardisk Sentinel to check if wala bang problema ang HDD mo.
remove muna mga virus, uninstall mga unwanted na programs, cleanup sa startup files o services para hindi loaded ang memory, pag ganun padin fresh install ng OS then install mo yung mga kailangan lang na program + FREEZE
ewan ko rin may kaspersky at malwarebytes naman ako pero di ko sure if enough yun regular update naman ...
ito po yung ginagamit ko .. dropbox na may malaking files, websites, online inventory system " downloaded files galg doon, ,ay pure vpn din ako pero di ko ginagamit nasa background lang siya " nakagrey"

It is not advisable to install 2 different anti virus and anti malware program in your OS. That will eat more than half of your RAM and probably there is compatibility issue if the two will scan each others files. Uninstall one of them and that will solve your problem.
