na factory reset ko na po. At na downgrade from marsmallow to lollipop. pero ayaw pa rin mag charge kapag ON ang phone. Kailangan pa e switch OFF para mag charge....

almost a year na po. after ko mag update. marami nang problema. mabilis na mag drain until na di na mag charge kapag Switch ON ang phone. kaya binalik ko to old version na Lollipop, pero ganoon pa rin ayaw mag charge if ON ang phone

yun nga balita ko e. daming problema ng marshmallow kaya di ko na inupgrade yung s5 ko. na try mo na mag search sa google about sa problem, baka yung certain unit yung may problema sa update.

Try to rehot charging IC boss. Pag ganyan mukang charging IC na yan.

or I think, sa BSI line yan. yung battery status indicator. Kailangan ng schematic diagram para matrace yung tracks nun. Baka may busted component lang sa section na yun. Paubaya mo na po sa tech to solve the issue.
