lol, problem ko rin yan since August 2015.
Very hard to kill that Malware apps.

Sa ngaun punta ka muna Settings
Go to Application
Go to All Application

Hanapin mo Monkey Test & Service Setting
Force Stop at Disable mo muna ng di sya mag download ng mag download ng appd.
