1. Beverly Hills mansion
Formerly owned by Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, this mansion is located in the exclusive gated community called Summit Circle.

The mansion’s facade boasts a lighted water fountain.

The furnishings, which also came with the price, features travertine-tiled flooring, fire hologram electric heaters, and signature furniture designed by actress Jane Seymour.

The posh furnishings had gotten a sign of approval from Jinky, Pacquiao’s wife.

Pacquiao’s mansion in Beverly Hills is also decked with luxurious amenities such as a fully-equipped home theater, high-tech saltwater-filled swimming pool, and an advanced security system which can be accessed through mobile devices.

This home theater is reportedly priced at $200,000 or around P8.8 million.

The new homeowners can reportedly control the temperature and color of this saltwater pool.

This impressive American real estate is not the only residential property the world-class boxer owns. Here are Pacquiao’s other homes:

2. Los Angeles two-story home
Pacquiao owns another real estate property in California. This Spanish-type architectural wonder somehow appealed to Pac-Man despite the vintage-looking exteriors. Nonetheless, Pacquiao’s California home interiors consists of monochromatic furniture with bold accents of color.

Did you know? Pacquiao was so proud of his Los Angeles house, especially the pool, that he didn’t hesitate to get featured on MTV’s “Cribs.”

3. General Santos “White House”
Perhaps his biggest Philippine real estate investment, Pacquiao’s well-known “White House” is inside a compound housing his many luxurious cars, a covered court, swimming pool, and play area, among many more.

Did you know? Pacquiao built this bulwagan separate from his mansion just to receive his many guests, especially his kababayans. You can’t blame him, considering that he also serves as congressman of Sarangani Province.

4. Laguna house and lot
Pacquiao and his wife decided to buy a house and lot for sale in Laguna as their two elder boys go to an international school nearby.

Did you know? If it takes a village to raise a child, we wonder how many people are employed by the Pacquiaos for their growing brood. The duplex houses six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two maids’ rooms, two kitchens, and a four-car garage.

5. Sarangani beach house
This 14-bedroom beach house stands on a seaside lot in Tuka Beach, Sarangani Province. The otherwise modern-looking property is near White Haven Resort.

Did you know? You would have to own a boat or a yacht, or take an hour-long hike across surrounding hills in order to go to Pacquiao’s beach house. According to travelers, Tuka Beach is inaccessible by land vehicles. The property is also within a protected marine sanctuary, hence the limited transportation access.

6. North Forbes Park mansion
This Philippine real estate gained notoriety considering that Pacquiao, who is publicly known to be born and lived poor for the majority of his young life, has gained access to one of the most exclusive communities in Metro Manila where residents are said to belong to the alta-sosyedad(high society). This house and lot in Makati was bought then at a whopping P388 million.

Did you know? Pacquiao is said to have put up this prime Makati house and lot for sale because his neighbors don’t like him. According to reports, his neighbors didn’t like his “shabbily-dressed” guests, who are mostly the boxer’s constituents asking for financial help.

7. West Cove Resort in Boracay
This residential property in Boracay, Aklan has since been denied by Pacquiao many times. An avid fan of his has since stood up as the real owner of the Santorini hotel-inspired beach resort, and added that he has set aside a room for the boxing champ if he and his troup decides to come to Boracay.

Did you know? West Cove Boracay is rumored to be where the Pacquiao’s daughter, Queen Elizabeth, was conceived. Prior to Pacquiao’s fight with Juan Manuel Marquez in December 2007, he and his wife had a rough ρá†ch. The couple decided to ρá†ch things and spent the holidays at the resort. “Queenie” was born in late 2008.
