MANGO PARFAIT


INGREDIENTS:

250ml NESTLE All Purpose Cream

2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar

1/4 cup mango puree

2 medium ripe mangoes, balled

1 cup NESTLE Cornflakes


PROCEDURE:
In a bowl, whip together NESTLE All Purpose Cream, confectioner’s sugar and mango puree.

In a tall glass, arrange cream, mango balls and cornflakes in layers.

Chill before serving.
