PROCEDURE

Step 1: Extract the firmware package to any folder
Step 2: Install the USB Driver
Step 3: Also extract Odin package
Step 4: Now, of mo si SGY then press and hold Volume Up + Home button + Power release mona yung keys kapag naglitaw na si ODIN Mode gaya nung nasa image below

Step 5: Press volume up then connect your device to your pc
Step 6: Open mona si Odin na dinownload mo then dapat ganto lumitaw sa odin

Step 7: Now tick/check the Auto Reboot option and F.Reset option like the image below

Step 8: Select PDA button and locate the folder where you extracted the firmware package and select PDA_S5360_XXXXX.tar.md5
Select PHONE button and select MODEM_S5360_XXXXX.tar.md5
Select CSC button and select CSC_S5360_XXXXXX.tar.md5
Step 9: Press Start button and Pray :ROFL:
Step 10: Must do! sumayaw ng PPAP 5x :ROFL: joke!

Your Galaxy Y will automatically reboot itself while the process goes on. Do not remove the USB cable until the process completes fully. Be patient for few minutes.

CONGRATULATION
As soon as the process completes, you’ll see the ID:COM section on the Odin window is turned green with the message ‘Pass’ below it. This will confirm that you have successfully flashed your Galaxy Y with the latest Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread DXMJ1 firmware. You may now safely disconnect your phone by removing the USB cable.
