Para sa gusto i try
Kapeng Bigas o Rice Coffee
1. Roast grains of rice (until black). It is better to roast 1 kilo of rice so as to save time, energy (heat) and effort.
Example:
2. Put 1 cup of roasted rice in a kettle and add enough water. The ratio would depend how concentrated you want your coffee so it is safer to add 5 cups of water and adjust later.
3. Let it boil for some time, 5-10 mins
4. Enjoy the coffee
Note: Pwede mo ilagay sa kettle ang bigas then pag ubos na ang tubig pwede mo ito lagyan ng tubig at pakuluan uli
másáráp ito para sakin before bedtime para mahimbing ang pagkakatulog ko, Itong Kape na to natutunan ko sa tito ko na ilocano ahaha wala kasi kaming mabiling kape nun (Ondoy Time), then sabi ng tito ko i try ko daw tong kape na ito. So i try it. and it tastes almost the same as black coffee with less bitter taste. You can drink it with no or little sugar, pwede mo lagyan ng milk or anything na creamer
