D - There is buffer but it can catch up in seconds,
E - There is buffer, it can take 30 seconds above to continue playing the video.

Conclusion:

Good, but ping is high also I experienced DC after minutes. This was during testing 720p on ÿôutubê. But it can be used everyday.
