Closed Infected files/ Lost installed application

Hello guys. . I need your help.. yesterday nagdownload ako ng IDM Pro di ko na marecall kung saan site.. then run ko tapos naghang ang laptop kaya forced shutdown ko. Pag reboot ko nawala na yung mga application.. browser etc... yung mga files hindi na maopen.
Nagsystem restore ako wala pa rin. Marecover pa kaya yung files ng hindi ireformat? Ano po pede ko gawin. ... ??? :(

Or maybe nadali ka ng ransomware na very common sa idm mula sa mga unreputable sources... wag ka ng umasa.
Mas maigi i-reformat mo na yan, tutal infected na rin.
Kung may mai-save ka pa na important files mo dyan then mas mabuti.

Try mo... Gawin slave mo yung HDD ng laptop. Then connect mo sa working PC via HDD enclosure. I-download mo "RECUVA" from Piriform.com, install it on PC. Run mo Recuva, choose the drive that has the files you want to recover. Perform mo "Deep Scan". The bigger the size of your drive, recovery will take longer. Give it a try :)

Maari kc ilan months ng hindi na update ang anti virus. . Try ko later ang safe mode. . Thank you.

Sana nga may ma.isave ako... may important pictures don na walang backup. ..

Mukhang sa repair shop na nga bagsak ng laptop... walang ibang pc dito.. tssk tssk sana marecover ang files..
