Note : ROOT ACCESS NEEDED
Step 1 : go to system/etc and find a file named sysclt.conf (if it does not exist , create it[use rootex to create a file]) Step 2: if creating a sysclt.conf file fails long press the etc folder look for the permission tab then put a check on all read write and execute box then save Step 3: open the sysclt.conf in text editor and add the following code

Save it... restart phone... done...
