May nakita na ako dati dito, di ko na mahanap.

Paano nga po mag-dl ng file, taposs gawing 'yes' yung resume capability sa idm? May capping po kasi pag naka-lagay 'no' eh. :(

Try mo stop muna yun ni da download, then resume right click mo yun file go to properties sa address add ka ng "=0" with out quotes sa end ng file kung may (?) remove mo.
example:

Code: 
http://dowloadfile.com/blablabla.zip=0
then ok.
