Closed help - wimax globe frequency problem !!!

hello, good afternoon, hingi sana ako ng help about sa frequency ng wimax ko kasi wala sya nasasagap na frequency dito sa quezon city..yung 2505000 KHz hindi na stable, minsan koconnect after nun mawawala..kahit yung ibang frequency walang connection..may kinalaman ba yun sa mac na pinapalit ko??? please help if may ganito din na problem. thank you very much
