Windows Menu, go to Settings, then go to System and then go to Notifications and Actions. Turn off "Show Me Tips About Windows". That's it. It takes maybe a minute or two to lower the disk usage and I would recommend ending any process in task manager that's making the disk usage go up in the meantime. Usage percentage should go down and stay around 1-2%.

walang problema sa pagend task sa mga application na gusto mong i end agad as long na hindi ito services na need ng windows tol...click mo yun fewer details sa baba ng taskmanager para di niya ipakita yun mga windows running process..pero okay lang i end yun mga application na install na nagrrun sa background process like google chrome...

kung sa tingin niyo po e maraming unknown running services, open ka ng run command, type msconfig, click startup uncheck mo lahat, maliban sa antivirus, next move to services, check mo yung hide windows services, then uncheck mo ulit lahat maliban sa antivirus or services dun na ginagamit mong application done.
