bakit hindi ako maka load ng sim ko sa smartbro/smart sim

sa tingin ko block na sim ko papa-ano po i unblock yong sim ko pa help

Ginamit mo po ba yan pang download ng heavy files, mga 1 or 2gb files? Kung hindi po try nyo po, airplane mode mo muna for 3 minutes tas try nyo po.
