Pano Gumawa nito na logo
 
pwede mo ma lessen pa ung layer na magagamit mo with the same result.

highlight mo lang ung flag layer sa taas ng text layer tas hold mo ung alt between the 2 layers (flag and text layers) or ctrl + alt + G for the shortcut nalang. mag ci clip-in ung image sa text.
