HELP(how to stop smoking)

    Control your self from smoking.. mag candy ka whenever you feel like smoking. :) Pero in reality, nasa sayo na lng tlga yun if gusto mo mag bago. haha!

  4. mahirap talaga tigilan ang paninigarilyo pero kong plano mo talaga magstop, magset ka ng day kong kailan ka balak magstart to stop smoking para mapaghandaan mo sarili mo. paghanda kana, take a deep breath every time you crave for smoking tsaka magcandy ka to divert. at always think of your mind that you can do this for your self to being a healthy person someday.

  7. i did this before.. but due to depression bumalik ako.. kesa gumawa ng malalang bagay I get back.. simplest way to do it is to stop.. that's all I did before.. you have to have it in you the willingness..

Hirap talaga ng quit sa smoking,kung di pa nagkasira sira ipin ko at ngkasakit sa baga di p ko titigil mag smoke...wag nyo n po antayin mangyari sainyo ngyari sa akin maging aware din kayo sa kapaligiran,eto yung tinatawag na 2nd hand smoker,dito nkukuha yung tinatawag na pm2.5 or particulate matter yung maliit na particle or micro meter yung size n mdali maka penterate sa baga natin mas lalo na sa 2nd hand smokers
     
  11. watch videos na may graphic content about smoking... ung mga saket na pede mo makuha ewan ko lang manigarilyo kapa...

  13. halos 7 years din ako nag smoke nag start nung ng high school ako hangang college nung una ang hirap kasi halos nakaka isang pack ako araw araw. una ang ginawa ko ung pakonti konti hindi din effective kasi mas lalo lang hinahanap ng katawan ko then isang araw i decided na lang na talagang i stop siya cold turkey treatment ata tawag sa ganito pero ingat din meron itong withdrawal symptoms iba iba epekto nito sa akin e 1 week ako nahilo hinhnap ng utak ko ung nicotine eventually na tigil ko na din siya 8 years na ako di nag smoke ang nakakainis lang di ko na talaga matagalan ang mga ng yoyosi dati ok lang nagyon e ang baho talga.

    Hindi ko maintindihan ang "satisfaction" na tinatawag sa paggamit ng cïgârêttê. I tried a hundred times, been there done that, halos laklakin ko na mga yosi local man at imported at flavored pa. Wala talaga hindi ko ma gets, mabaho saka naiiyak ako sa usok. Hindi ko rin talaga maintindihan kung bakit yung iba nahihirapan mag withdraw sa paggamit neto. Nicotine addiction ba? I really do not know. It never occured to me that way.
    Pero may teorya ako pano madaling ma overcome ito, since involved ang pera dito get something na gagastusan mo at gustong gusto mo magkaroon. Gadget or hobby anything of interest na kailangang pag-ipunan. Yung tipong manghihinayang ka sa pagbili ng yosi at instead ipunin na lang ang pera. This could actually block your craving for cïgârêttê. I believe anything that goes in our system is dictated by the brain. Mind conditioning does help a lot..:)
