[Help Badly Needed] Globe Wimax BM622i trouble

kung DNS isn't Responding hindi sa Unit.,Low Signal Ka.,mababa yung NA rerecieve mo.,Change Location mo yung Anntena.,either may kaagaw kana sa Area or MAy Interferance

Nag-change location na po ako sa area na mataas ang signal.
Bale 4 to 5 bars na po ang indication pero the same problem persists.

try mo po cmd>ipconfig/flushdns and clean registry

Nasubukan ko na po yung flush dns at clean registry.
May ginamit na rin po akong tool para mag-repair ng registries.
Iniisip ko po kung baka masira na unit ko (kahit may signal) sa kakapalit ng serials at mac addresses.

also ung mga antivirus mo like norton, avg,avast
may mga settings dun na nagbblock ng dns.

Eto po screenshot nung diagnostic ko sa internet connection.
Til now nagawa ko na po yung mga suggestions ninyo.
Laking pasalamat ko na rin po kasi may mga bago akong natututunan.
Pero hindi ko pa rin maayos unit ko. T-T

cmd(Run as administrator)

1. When the User Account Control box pop up, click Yes.
   copy and paste (or type) the following command and then press ENTER:
   netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
   
   
2. Reboot the computer.

Method 2
(gamit ang admin access)
hanapin mo ang 'DHCP Server' - if it is disabled, select 'Enable
save.

1.Click on Start and then Control Panel.
2. Go to Networking and sharing center and then click on Change adapter settings.
3. Right click on Local Area Connection and choose properties.
4. Highlight Internet Protocol Version 6 and click on Properties.
5. Choose Obtain DNS server address automatically and press Ok.
6. Choose Obtain IP address automatically.
7. Repeat the steps for Internet Protocol version 4 as well.

Feedback ko na lang po yung result.
Pagkatapos ko po ba magawa yung instruction nyo gagana na po ulit ung unit ko?

Good afternoon po allgigtools. Ginawa ko na po yung sinabi nyo. Hindi ko lang po ma-confirm kung effective kasi mukhang yung mismong unit po ang may problema. Ung indicator lights pawala-wala po. Tested naman po na may signal sa area ko. Yun nga lang, para pong nagloloko ang unit. Same prob pa rin po na hindi maka-connect sa internet. Try ko pong kumuha ng screenshot nung status ng modem. Hindi ko lang po maasikaso ngayon kasi busy po ako sa trabaho.

Subukan nyo po i-restore default sa telnet client. Baka may nagalaw lang po kayo sa settings ng Wimax nyo tulad sa Firewall nya, DNS Settings or WAN Settings.

Hello Sir headknocker. Paano po gawin yung sinasabi nyong restore default ng telnet? Feeling ko po kasi nasa unit ang problema. Sinubukan ko po ikabit laptop ko sa DSL at working naman po. Hindi ko lang po maintindihan yung connection between telnet client pati modem saka kung paano po i-identify yung paraan ng proper troubleshooting. Kung sa unit ba mismo o laptop ko na ang may prob.

subukan mo din po na i connect ung modem mo sa ibang laptop or desktop.. check mo f ganun parin.. pag fail sa iba ung modem mo it means nandun ang problema..

Ano po bang package date ng 622i nyo?

i got the same prob.. qc area ako.. package date is 2011-04-24.. sana may makatulong po samin

try to restore yung modem dude... baka ma ok na po yun...

pano po marestore ung modem?.. wla sa user GUI po eh..

try mo mag log in sa admin ng bm622i tapos hanapin mo yung Maintain tulad nito oh

sa picture na yan 621 ang gamit ko .. was kasi akong 622i eh 622 at 621 lng ang available ko.. pra makita ko ang probs... pero pwde ka rin gumamit nito.


kasi parang may napansin ako dito na may tutorial for 622i user ...baka makatulong sayu.
