  1. Guava is rich sources of various vitamins, minerals and fibers. Various researches have proved that guava prevents cancer and heart diseases. It also prevents age-related diseases like cataract, Alzheimer’s and rheumatoid arthritis. -
    The health benefits of guava can only be enjoyed by those who eat the fruit wholly.   3. we always have guava in our backyard and it always bëâr fruit. We love those guavas. Our lola always make guava jelly.:p
