Closed .hard reset pls

Try this.

1. At first, plug your tablet into the charger and wait for the battery image.
2. In the next step hold down the Power rocker to turn off the device.
3. Afterwards, press and hold the Volume Up + Power button for a few seconds
   
4. After about 5 seconds release only the Power key.
   
5. Keep holding the Volume Up key until the Android Image appears.
   
6. To enter the Recovery Mode hold down the Volume Up for a short while.
   
7. Then select "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power button to confirm.
   
8. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
   
9. To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
10. Congratulations! You have just performed a hard reset operation!.
