Using Google DNS as proxy can actually allow you to surf, browse or even dôwnlôad on http sites. I tested the first one which is 8.8.8.8 and it works, but not on 8.8.4.4 .
Tested working on Smart Prepâid Sim & Retailer Sim. – ( Polka dots sim card )

We just need to use 8.8.8.8 : 80 as our internet proxy. That can be easily done by using third party program like Proxifier.
