I am trying to make my phone as a mobile hotspot so i can download movies from torrent from my andriod phone but the dl speed i am getting is only 10kbps. When i still have unlimited data plan i was getting a dl speed of 1 to 2Mbps. But when my plan got changed to 10gb i am no longer getting the same speed. Globe told me that they are blocking globe users from using torrent that is why limit the speed. Is there anyway to bypass that?

walang paraan para ibypass yan kasi nalalaman ng globe kung gaano na kadami ung MBPS na nagagamit mo kaya kinacut nila yung internet mo tpos ibabalik kaso ms mabagal na
