remove port : check

real proxy type : http
real proxy server : 31.13.70.36
real proxy port :8080

go to more options
check the connect through an http proxy and use the following settings

host address : m.facebook.com
port : 80
check use proxy authentication
proxy domain : m.globe.com.ph
