1. Open your broadband dashboard, the go to tools>option>profile management>click new

on access number: *99# and click save and set it as default connection.
2. Run the settings.exe (the file that you previously downloaded), then on HTTP Proxy type 203.177.42.214 and Port: 8080
3. Install Opera Mini 7.1
4. Don't get excited, we're not finish yet. On Opera Mini, click the Opera Mini logo then go to settings>advance>protocol>set to http
5. Enjoy browsing and downloading for free.
Notes:
- Wireless broadband or Globe Tattoo (USB broadband)
- Globe Tattoo SIM/Globe Prepaid SIM/TM SIM (Strictly not for postpaid)
- P0.00 load, if you have P5.00 load Globe will treat this connection as standard browsing.
- Java runtime (Most of us have this, so if you don't have just download it)
