FRUIT SALAD
1/2 head lettuce
1 lg. chilled honeydew melon
1 chopped mango
4 bananas
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 qt. strawberries, washed and hulled
3 lg. oranges, chilled
Wash and drain lettuce; tear into bite size pieces. Arrange lettuce on a tray or 10 salad plates. Peel honeydew seed and cut into thin slices. Arrange on tray. Sprinkle chopped mango over honeydew. Slice bananas, sprinkle on lemon juice. Arrange on tray. Scatter on tray strawberries over top. Slice oranges. Edge salad with orange slices. Serve with lime dressing.
