Ans: It depends on what procedure you've followed. It depends on area. Explore, and just expirement.

Vital settings to obtain fasten connection:
1st: Open Xp Psiphon√
2nd: Go to settings√
3rd: check mo muna si Connect through HTTP√
4th: Switch to the " Use the following settings"√
5th: Input this on Host Address: " 69.172.201.153 " done? Then Port will be "80"
6th: If tapos kana sa 5th procedure, uncheck muna si Connect through HTTP×
After that then back to Main Form!
If neccessarily much better to connect on Best Performance server!
Para sya na mismo ang mag select ng server malakas sa area mo.
