1. Download UltraSurf

2. Open the UltraSurf application
3. Click Option > Proxy Settings > Manual Proxy Settings
4. Input the value 141.0.11.239 on the Proxy host
5. Port must be 80
6. Test
As of today its still working also there is a faster internet if you just do some research and change "141.0.11.239" as this is connecting to opera server try using SG based.

Here are the instructions:
1st Step: Register the promo GOTSCOMBODD70 then send to 8888 (you will be registered with 1000 sms for globe and tm plus 1Gb data good for seven days.
Note: With 1gb data registered, that is not enough to download, watch videos, movies or do livestreaming within 7 days, that is why we are using Psiphon 3 to bypass the 1Gb limited data of globe.
2nd Step:
Connect your pocket wifi or globe broadband to your pc, make sure you are now connected on the internet and then run psiphon 3. (Using Psiphon 3 with the registered promo of globe you can be connected in less than a 1 or 2 minutes.
Those who are using smartphones who has tethering applications, just connect your phone to pc, enable usb internet tethering then run psiphon 3. (if you are using wifi hotspot this can also works)

SA mga pocket wifi users using HTTP INJECTOR for GLOBE/TM.
1. Go to your pocket wifi Dashboard for example: 192.168.8.1
2. Create New Apn
Name: MGC
APN: You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
3. Create your own .ehi export it then uncheck the MOBILE DATA ONLY
