Do I need to download a siphon application first before I use this?

I already installed the syphon shield thing then when I try to open it, it says "Unfortunately, syphon shield has stopped". Please help.

hello, can you do the clear data mode.. go to apps, syponshield, then clear data.. and input the settings again.. or try to reboot your phone.. thanks

Try to change the sypone like psiphone hundler or etc... baka hindi compatible yung sypone mo sa cellphone mo
