  1. Hello everyone!
Baka lang po may nakaexperience na nito sa laptop nila na may fingerprint scanner then right after maFOrmat niyo.
Isang beses palang naformat laptop ko kasi masyado ng madaming malware and puno na so I decided to format it!

Ayun, naisip ko din na imbes na yung old OS na meron akong copy which is Windows 7 Professional
mas ginusto kong iinstall yung Ultimate. Ngaayon after nun, same drivers ininstall ko and nainstall ko din yung sa driver ng Fingerprint scanner, pero wala siyang software, so in short. di ko nagagamit yun pang login sa PC ko sa ngayon.

    Naitry ko ng:
    -magDL sa dell
    -install ng support
    -iinstall ulit yung driver.

Wala kasama cd nung fingerprint scanner. Driver lang kasama yung iba pang drivers.
Do you think nandun siya sa kasama ng Win7 Professional ko?

Patulong naman sa nakakaalam or suggest kayo ng maaring gawin or any idea. TIA! :)

  5. mascan nya lahat ng need sa laptop mo..
  6. Have you tried these steps?

    (1) Update the Bios.

    (2) Enable biometric support: BIOS > System Configuration > Biometric Device Option > enable

    (3) Clean the fingerprint reader with a soft cloth, dampened with an ammonia-based glass cleaner.

    (4) If the problem is not resolved, check to see if the Fingerprint Reader is detected in Device Manager. If not, reinstall the drivers. Please or Register to view links

    (5) If the drivers do not resolve the problem, repair/reinstall the operating system.

    (6) If reinstalling the operating system doesn't resolve the problem, the finger print reader may need to be replaced.

I hope this helps to resolve the problem for you,
